Well I got new strut mounts from NAPA and am very satisfied with the quality of them, they are just like OEM with a new bearing and everything, only $75 for both! And well worth it, the rattle from the front end is now gone, finally, it's all nice and tight! I should be good to go now, new struts, strut mounts, brake calipers, pads, and rotors! Sheesh, still came out cheaper then a monthly car payment though, he he. Below is a pic of a new strut mount, and an old worn out one (on the right). h

i have a 4 guage power wire run for my 600 watt concept amp and i have been trying to find the best place to get through the firewall. The amp is pushing two american pro 12" in a custom built box. for mids and highs i have a memphis coponent system. 6"1/2s in the door and i am looking for a place to mount the tweeters. Sony headunit. If anyone has any tips on the firewall or the tweeters please let me know.

I'm working on a slotted header panel (nose panel) much like you see on newer 300zx  TT's.  thus far it looks pretty nice, but with an 83 hood you kinda get an over kill of scoops.  i'll post up some pics once i get it finished and mounted on the car. paccie
