Ok... I have a question.  Do any of you know the Code or kind of plastic that our bumpers and spoilers are made of so when I go to the auto paint supply I can ask for the right system of paint?  Im going to start body work on a couple of dings and scuff and prime the car at home.. then bring it to a buddies booth and have him and me spray it.   Any advise is much appreciated!  thx

As many know I've been through alot of cam journal damage recently.  I had heard of line boring cam journals and cutting the towers down to do a repair similar to a rod repair where the total length is shortened a few thousandths but only recently heard that some machine shops could line bore the journals, cut notches and install bearings.  Some guys here said that was common which started my search for such a machine shop.  I discovered it is in know way common in Va Beach, but after literal

Things I wish I'd known before I started my Hawk EC21 installation.   Crank pully must be marked at 22 and 60 degrees BTDC.  Do do this use the following formula                     Diameter (3.14)                               360                         Then multiply that number by 22 and 60 to get the distances you want to measure back from TDC to make your marks.  Or if you trust it you can measure the distance between the marks on the timing cover

My polished MPI finally arrived from Aussie awhile ago, and It came with a 1/4" spacer. I've seen no other posts or pics of this, nor was it mentioned anywhere. Just want to see if this is what i'm supposed to get! ;D
