I've noticed with the cold weather this winter that my strut insulators creak a lot when turning the steering wheel. I know its the insulators because I replaced the ball joints and the noise is still there. Is there any way to quiet them up? I'm pretty sure they are the factory ones.

I've searched everywhere for three hours looking for the factory dimensions for both the torque tube and flandge gear. Also what metal would be best to make a tt shaft and gear out of that wouldnt wear as bad as the OEM does, but still be strong enough for 500+HP   -thanks curt
