Decent shape wheels,,, one has a significant bend,, and all have a little rashish. I have a Syclone/Typhoon 17c turbo in good looking shape that is just sitting around that I am not going to need. It has maybe 1/16th" shaft play, side-to-side. No cracks in the exhaust housing. I've never used it and figure someone else may want it for a dang good deal. I don't believe it needs a rebuild, but with that being said I do rebuild every single turbo I buy used if I intend on using it.
