No idea, I know a guy who knows a guy who's got a client who owns this car and I guess it's back up for sale, but not running? I don't know for sure, so I want to find out who built it, axe them some questions, and get the scoup.

I can't watch the video, my work blocks youtube, but that orange V8 that David had originally was built in PA. My friend knew the previous owner that installed the V8. I believe the motor was out of his Chevelle or Camaro and was over 400 hp. He sold the car to David before he could complete the install. David had the exhaust done and finished up the rest of the loose ends and painted it orange. Somewhere I should still have the pictures of the car in it's original color. My friend got some info on the install including some of the part numbers of components to make the install easier. I will take a look to see if I can find the pics. I still wish I would have bought the car but I couldn't come up with the money at the time.

now what the heck the video was at night you could not see it and he had a flash light so we could see the engine bay. hmm maybe take the video during the day time and why is the hatch spoiler halfway down the rear window?

the camera took a shot (55 seconds in) of the totally dark interior what was the purpose of that at least turn on the interion lights lol

sweet looking car too i guees the video just irritated me like watching ghost hunters or something you can see anything

I was sent an email with that video plus four daytime pictures which aren't the greatest, but it's definately orange, and the interior isn't anything special, it's stock with a 5" tach and a couple other gauges mounted on the dashboard to the right of the cluster, and a big ratchet shifter. And a bunch of switches on the vertical part above the glovebox.

So, it's not like you need daylight to get the idea.

Here are some pics of the car. I did buy it from a guy up in PA that had started the swap. He did a great job and had a good running 350 out of something in it with NOS. The motor was placed perfectly. We swapped the motor and tranny that I took out of an 80 Corvette (left the NOS on), and added a few other little things. The car runs great. I sold it about a year ago to a very good friend of mine in North Dakota. I think he's considering selling it because he doesn't have time to play with it. The same reason I sold it to him.

Quite a few things changed since this picture was taken under the hood. Full MSD ignition for starters.

I thought you guys might like to see this too. It's the very first pass I made with it. Was doing some test and tuning on it. That's Joe Rivera (4cylfury) running next to me. His car is one of the fastest 2.6's I've seen. He got me off the line :confused0024: Too bad it doesn't show the end of the run (without NOS).

I think there are more videos on 2.6ltr.us
