BSEK

AMC non-jet head

cat free

15lbs on non-intercooled 12a

I was just getting the hang of launching a turbo when my water pump gasket blew and watered the track.

I should do better this year.

Well, look at the bright side, you didn't put it into the wall getting the rear tires wet.

I created, pinned, and locked a thread to use. My email is jainsworth@starquestclub.com to submit time slip and proof. I'll then edit/add to the official list. Or you can post the proof in this thread.

Hello, Here's my fastest time so far(attached as scanned slip). Please note that the writing on my slip is slightly off...it was actually jetted for 35hp nitrous(not 50) with nitrous express wet system...and it was actually about 18 psi boost(not 20) with tdo5h/17c in syclone comp house with drag radials. Other small mods were numerous, but included stock flywheel, stock injection, stock ecu, stock i.c. and piping and stock maf. Since that run we have : wrecked the car, rebuilt the car, added fidanza flywheel, 3sx non u-drive pulleys, a nice act pplate w/ 6 puck, and 3" exhaust....testing suggests its much faster...but we broke something last week...which I may post about on the troubleshooting forum if i cannot figure it out soon. thanks alot Matt

One thing I would like to see on the spread sheet is PSI. Obviously a car @ 10 psi is going to be slower than one @ 25 psi, and I think thats important info.

If there is not enough room I would get rid of the exhaust section. Anyone who is going racing should have removed the stock exhaust long ago. ;)

Now to get back out to the track!

that explains it lol.. i was gonna s*** myself for a second.. you should be in the 13s if you get them issues figured out

got other issues now like no money. spun the rod bearing on number 2 afew months back and i'm kind of scared to try out the short block from my 87. :eek1bluegreen:

and the scary part is my trap speed is close to what some wides run to get into the 13s
