well here are the pics of the engine mounts.

I also had to modify the TB. I cut off a good chunk of it for a couple of reasons.

1. I dont need the traction control lol

2. weight reduction

3. and the real reason is that I will have more room to make the IC pipeing fit.

awesome man!!!

what you got planned for radiator fitment??

I am going to try to fit the stock rad in back of the intercooler. If I move my IC forward a 1inch or 2 the rad should fit good but i will need to change the fans to some smaller ones. the rad fitment is going to be a pain in the butt

I'd throw the stock radiator in the trash. I wouldn't trust it with a $6-7K build at all..

Get a two row Griffen, cut the stock radiator support and tilt the radiator. Or get a custom built one(shorter) and put it in front of the stock radiator support.

I have the griffen alum rad for the starquest but i was going to mod a stock rad first to make sure everything would work befor I cut into a $300 rad. I dont want to cut either core support so i can keep the OEM look. I had 160ECT temps with th 2.6l so cooling the 2jz should be fine on my griffen

I want to make it look like it came that way from the factory. It would be so much quicker to just cut the upper support but i just never liked doing that. Any one have any ideas on what fuel system I should use for 600WHP+

Just to let you know im useing the stock gas tank and the fuel rail gets feed form both sides with the return in the middle heres my choices

2 255lph walbro pumps

2 -8 feed lines

2 -8 fuel filters

-6 return

OR

Aeromotive A1000 pump 600lbs/hr 370lph est

all -10 single feed line

-10 filter

-10 to -8,-8 Y block

dual -8 lines out of the Y block to the rail

-6 return

That car is gonna scream :!:

But I wouldn't feel to good about that radiator (espicially with smaller fans), unless you don't plan on DD it.

If you want to keep it looking stock under the hood I would go with something from like (a radiator from) a 7MGTE, or something. But obviously thats up to you.

well the rad is mounted and the IC is almost done getting mounted. I had to cut the rad cap off to make room for the hood latch so i am getting a remote filler cap that gets mounted in the upper rad hose. I can even fit the 2 small stock fans in there. Heres some more pics for ya

well the throttle cabe is done. I shortened it quite a bit but I should have took 1 more inch out of it but its too late now. I used a bmx bike cable end to make the connection to the thottle body. I also made one of the heater core hoses out of my stock ones I just needed to buy a hose barb. I also got the all the nitrous, fuel and purge valves mounted and the micro switch mounted to the TB. Tomarrow I will grab some injector clips and map clip from the scrap yard along with a couple factory GM strut tower braces to use as my tranny crossmember. This wed and friday craig87 is coming over to finish up all the wireing.
