You can't even get back to a current customer (sellerfella) you have who is trying to be civil and work with you to fix an issue. It doesn't reflect well on how you do business. Maybe I don't understand the situation fully but its clear that sellerfella is just trying to correct the situation and you don't seem interested in doing the same. You do however seem to be able to log in every day and keep this list up to date. Thats a douche bag move to get on a GP thread and bash the vendor. A statement like that should be put under feedback forum. Plus any beef between them is exactly that, beef between them. I dont know the situation and I am not taking sides.
