I'll chime in. This has been on repeat for me since it dropped:

I've also been listening to In This Moment a lot. I'm not going to link the video to anything they've put out recently like Blood here though, think that might earn me a vacation, lol.

Although this song by them is quite good:

One of my favorite Pop punk bands (pogo punk).

Great guitar tone, catchy hooks... and Heathers harmonies are unreal

This one's pretty cool too! (may have to skip the intro (43 sec.)

A rock version makes this one better, fittingly by a band named "Rotation"

Great mashup of 2 tunes great in their own right individually. Together, it oddly seems to work:

Reminding me to not take for granted where I live, this one is a great motivator while rolling over the bridge to Fort Myers Beach on a Sunday morning before a day of volleyball. Will be much better once in the Starion & rehabbed from shoulder surgery. Can't wait!!

And one for the darkside...even better with subs resonating some surprisingly tight bass lines: Seriously, most assume that all of Megadeth is crazy metal. This entire album (along with RISK) has a VERY strong musical value. Kicks butt, but has a tune you can follow that is outstanding for cruising to. Caution: it will likely make you want to corner and gas it a bit harder though.

I'm bookmarking this thread for listening soon.

Maybe someone can help me out here, I have been hearing this song on the modern rock station here and I can't figure out who sings it or what the hell the guy is even saying. It's got a good tune and the lyrics aren't bad if I could understand what the hell he is saying. The song starts out mellow and then the guy starts sort of yelling and his voice goes hoarse. The chorus line is something like yeah a yeah, Yeah a Yeah (could be ba baby ba baby ) something in the night. I just can't figure out what hes saying or what group it is. Sorry for such a vague description but anyone knows the song PLEASE let me know. Dammit its stuck in my brain and I can't get it out!!! Edited by brianpaul98

Enjoying the Skyscraper!

Recent find that I've been playing: (EDIT: changed to non-official version since official video may be a bit too edgy for this forum)

Ok I heard this song again today and was finally able to understand enough of the lyrics (about 5 words) that helped me to find out who sings it. After seeing this video with the lyrics I would have NEVER guessed what this guy was saying. Even now that I know what hes saying I have little to no idea what the hell hes talking about. I read some posts on youtube and it was stated that the guy singing didn't know what some of the lyrics meant. Sort of odd I would think. Anyway if you never heard of this group or heard the song listen to the first video and see how many words you can make out and then watch the second video that has the lyrics.

Sorry Shelby I really don't think your going to like this one either. If you do listen to it probably better if you have some tissues handy for your ears because their gonna be bleeding ;)

a couple 80s tunes that have largely been relegated to the dust bins that should stick around:

Good tunes, they bring back memories. The Hooters song could have been released tomorrow and it would fit right in with the pop songs coming out these days.
