Looking for relays for headlights. Do these just pry off or do I need the whole thing.

This hub is used to install a evo steering wheel to a 2g or 1g dsm eclipse/talon. As we know 1g wheels are bolt on to the starquest. Long story short, a "highly recommended" local engine builder has had my block for nearly 9 months. Every time it looks like I will get it back he comes up with a lame excuse telling me something else needs done or he's not happy with the pistons, crankshaft etc. etc. This time he says the casting on the inside of the block is very rough and tells me he can pull bits of metal off.
