Help!! Instant Milkshake after rebuild. What did I or the machine shop miss?

Hi yall, I hope someone can point out some areas to look at. Basically sent to machine shop. They supposedly tested everthing milled where needed etc. Got back a short block with Wiseco forged pistons, installed the balance shaft elimination kit and plugged the gallery. On the head, minor porting and replaced eliminated the jet valves.
Now.. motor starts and sounds great but instant Milkshake and a lot. Like a missing plug or incorrect hose hookup. Have gone thru and had a bu

My project car is missing the wiper fluid cap. It will be a while before it's even drivable but I wonder if these caps are relatively universal?

I was wondering if the 2.6 turbo throttle body would mount onto the 2.6 non turbo intake manifold.

Having some issues where my starquest, almost acts as if there’s a boost leak if I slightly press on the gas pedal, if I bump it it’ll rev just fine. I know the idle is off as well. The timing has been set exactly where it should be. I’m also assuming my idle air control valve (the thing that’s 500$+ to buy) is going bad but that’s just idle. The car runs overly rich. I’ve cleaned out my injectors and can see them mist when I take off my OVP into my throttle body. Injectors were also taken out a
