    for all you guys running aftermarket ecm's, can you post some base timing numbers from -20 of vacuum to 20psi of boost? so us newbs can have some idea on how to attack timing issues with our long stroke engines  , thanks in advance, Rob NJ.

    GC Spring rates.

    I'm getting ready to swap out old springs and shocks for the ground control coil overs.  I wanted to see what spring rates people are running and if anyone had any advice on what would be best.  Goal is to set car up for the street with a small sacrifice to get a good launch at the strip.  I found a post in the GP section with some suggestions: "Art recomends 450/350 if you take some weight out of the car. GC sends 380/250.  If this is equivalent to the stock springs then a 15% increase would
