please forgive my lack of knowledge here, but can you hook the fuel pump to a direct power sorce and switch it on and off? wouldn't that eliminate any fuel cut by the ecu? the only concern is an accident and the fuel pump constantly running? i'm interested in hooking up the tb set up from the 88 to the 85.5. should i just do the rewire trick on the 85.5 ecu? thanx
