Texas Zipcash

Just received an invoice from North Texas Toll Authority for $3.26 because apparently my 1986 Plymouth Conquest blew through 3 Zipcash toll booths without paying in July this year and October of last year. Considering the Conquest and I haven't set foot in Texas since January 1, 2010 and the car has had NC plates since then I'm kind of confused as to how that happened. But I cant seem to find the exact name for it so its making a bit difficult to google. Closest I could find is a "flag lug". Can anyone help me out or possibly point me to where I can order one? I wasnt able to find one locally at home depot/autozone/pep boy
vacuum pump function or functios?

is the vacuum pump located by the drivers headligh just for cruse control or is it used for other things and is it ok to remove it if i do a cruse delete

It was great to see him win the last race, Especially after the year the #24 team had. Did any of you see Brad Keslowski 30 minutes after the race?......... Too many Miller Lites He was definetly "Under the influence". Good for him and Roger Penske!!! I saw Roger back in 1995 when I attended the Long Beach Grand Prix, he still looks the same: "Young for his age". It was nice to see someone besides Jimmie Johnson win the championship. Bill
