Just about got my 88 back together after finding a nasty crack in my exhaust manifold. Now that I'm almost done I realize I didn't reinstall the shields on the manifold. There are two of them, one under the turbo, and one forward of that, that wraps around the front exhaust runner. How important is it that these go back on. I'm afraid I already know the answer, just don't want to have to tear things back down.   To edit a bit, the shield under the turbo went it with no trouble. The one forward
