Aftermarket boost gauge hose question

So I've bought a new boost gauge (finally), a Sunpro Sport ST boost gauge: http://i492.photobucket.com/albums/rr285/manlavi90/IMAG0383.jpg And to hook it up to vacuum/boost, I have to use these fancy fittings: http://i492.photobucket.com/albums/rr285/manlavi90/IMAG0385.jpg And since I'm used to vacuum line gauges, I don't know what to do with them. I can't find a spot on the manifold to screw it into, so I assume I have to drill a hole and tap it, but the question is, where should I put the hole
