Modded distributor - does this piece ever go 'bad'?? *FIXED*
By Turbo_Addict,
I am working on installing the ignition pro system and have run into an issue with spark on the modded distributor. This modded distributor came with the other parts, so I just decided to use that instead of modding mine. Well - I got the ignition pro all wired up, and it isn't sending any spark at all to the coil. We verified the MSD box is good - checked and verified per there online instructions. 87 Conquest TSi rolling chassis (Atlanta)
By eliteflight,
The parts car has been picked clean (mostly by SQC members), and all that's left is the sheet metal and undercarriage. As the day wore on I had fully soaked 2 large bath towels and another sitting there as we speak. I could only speculate

By lilmoes4g63,
I have an 87 ESI, stock and wanted to know what the stock plugs and gap are that came on these cars? I also wanted to know which stock plugs and gap to use on a 88-89 ESI? Reason is, I did a search for plugs and found that 87 had different plugs than the 88-89. Most likely due to the raised boost. I wanted to smog my car with the stock plugs, then after smog install the 88 spark plugs along with my 88 ECU, 3in exhaust, K&N filter, which will probably set me to about 10psi +/-. Everywhere I l
