  4. Good luck finding a running starquest for that price. I got mine for that price which was a steal. Im selling mine for $2500 on here in the classifieds. But i have listed most of the items i have since put into it. Let alone the money i spent taking it to a shop for some electrical work. I know where a non running one is in San Diego for 1700 i think it was. It was silver and on craigslist.
  5. I sent you pm. Assuming you wanted the 83 hood.
  6. Nobody in San Diego huh? Lower Price to $2500. Dunno how to change the price in topic title though...
  7. My buddie had and still has his 74 corolla. Was gutted and i think a 3tc motor. crashed it going sideways at 30 mph. he didnt have a seatbelt. lol. hes ok and still has the crumpled car in his garage all parted out.
  8. Do you have any known good radiators for an 88-89 starion turbo? (Must have the bungs for the thermosensors on the bottom). How much shipped to 91911. I noticed my car is using a non turbo radiator without a clutch fan. :eek1bluegreen:
  9. SOLD. SOLD. SOLD Parting out my 1g dsm fwd. So i was wondering if anybody was interested in: 1G BOV uncrushed with pipe $40 shipped 1G MAS with air can and filter $50 shipped * $70 SHIPPED FOR BOTH * Can prolly send or upload pics a little later. For anybody local, im located in 91911 http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q179/lilmoes4g63/Picture513.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q179/lilmoes4g63/Picture511.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q179/lilmoes4g63/Picture510.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q179/lilmoes4g63/Picture507.jpg http://i136.photobucket.com/albums/q179/lilmoes4g63/Picture505.jpg
  10. looking for 88-89 good vacuum advance shipped to 91911 using pay-pal and possibly a price on passenger window motor.
  11. price for good vaccum advance shipped to 91911 using paypal.
  12. UPDATE ON POWER-STEERING PUMP!! damn, first time i got under the car to actually look at the pump. Turns out that one bolt was missing. (The one holding the pump to the bracket). And one of the bolts used as the tensioner bolt (the one that allows it to swivel to give slack to put the belt on) was loose and backed itself out and caused the pulley to jam up against it and stopping it from rotating. So the pulley indeed now spins freely. I will try to flush out the old power steering fluid and put in new ATF fluid. Buy a belt to put on and finally enjoy relaxing my forearms. lol. Ill try to update if the pump actually works.
  13. Wow thanks edde and caliber308. Do you guys know of a fuel pump that i might be able to use without the use of an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. such as a smaller walbro or a different bosch. Or even the flow numbers of that bosch. Thats my main goal, cause i dont have big plans for the starion. For example my 98 GST i could upgrade to a walbro 190lph without the use of an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator. I did check out that E8002 pump but still dont know if an aftermarket FPR is required with that.
  14. Well considering that i have not seen too many other pumps for this car i may be willing to cough up the cash for the Bosch at TEP. Bolt on is exactly what Im looking for, no hacking up stock lines in place of barbs for me. I dont have very big goals for my starion and I'am still learning about it. If i can get away without using an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator that would be great. I willl however keep doing more research on the pumps and checkout this Master E8000. I just like to be assured by other peoples personal experience. Thanks
