Well anybody who has done anysort of working out in the past 60years has seen Joe Weiders name out there even if you were not sure who he was.I know my first weight bench was a Weider.The guy shows that if u maintain good eating and a proper exercise regimen you can live long and healthy.He was in great shape untill about 75 years YOUNG and now at 93 has left us.RIP to the innovator of weight training. gig out

I had my wheel off today, was looking at how our spindle connects to the control arm and I'm wondering why we can't use any old spindle that mounts with a ball joint on the bottom and some sort of strut coming out of the top?

Because I want to build one of these,   http://classiccarmagazine.s3.amazonaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2010/09/Cadillac-Ghostbusters.jpg       But I want it to have replica proton packs in the back and a Ghostbusters uniform for me to wear while driving it. I think that would be bad arse.
