How do seatbelts work with these cars? I pulled it fast but it does not stop like it should are they bad?(I have the lap belt and auto slide in the door side not working) Thanks .

Ok I just rebuilt to motor. Idles great, revs to like 2300 rpms and falls on its face. Before rebuild ran excellent till the oil pump took a s***. Any help will be great.
