4th Of July: Grillin Etiquette

Happy 4th of July Yo! The clichè thing to do is to grill some sort of dead animal. And on that topic, I gotta bring up grilling etiquette and ask ya'lls experience. I personally grill on a round BBQ with Mesquite charcoal. When grilling, I have a my own method that I've developed from my experience from 22 years of back yard BBQ'ing. stock maf setup questions???????

Im looking to go back to the stock maf from a 3in gm maf. I know ill obviously need a stock maf, air box and intake to the turbo.. is there anything else I need or should know about this? what about vacuum lines? any going to the air box or anything? any advice would be highly appreciated. thanks.

STOCK head flow #s wanted for comparison

There are several great threads about head flow & porting, however I have yet to see a truly bone stock set of SQ head flow #s with stock untouched valves. The #s floating around here by Krazed and Mike previously reported as stock are really not stock.
