Does anyone have a Schnider 274 cam (mechanical) card handy?     Thanks

Sound seems to be coming from pass front and rear wheel area. There was a little up and down play in the front wheel so I replaced the inner and outer wheel bearings. That fixed a "shake" in the steering wheel at ~45 mph but I still have the clicking from the front (and back) on the pass side. What do I check next?   Thanks in advance
