    T56 adapter kit FEELER

    Background: After a loooong 2-3 year dealing with Chad that fell through when he disappeared completely, I was finally able to track down one of his T56 adapter kits that is meant for the LT1 6 speed from the 93-97 5.7 liter Camaro/Firebird. Chad had a custom Fidanza flywheel designed for this also.   Chad's adapter plate is an 1/8" too thin, so I had to get a shim plate made. A buddy of mine works at a CNC shop and was able to draw up the mill design to copy the adapter plate, so I am adding

    Hoping Shelby and/or some of the older guys chime in on this...I've just changed the rockers and pushrods on my 97 Ranger, 4.0. Seems the common problem stems from solid pushrods, hence, no oil feeding the socket where they meet the rockers, so they begin to wear into each other and start rattling. The Ranger and Explorer forums are riddled with posts about this, and the fix is to replace them, which I did yesterday. This fixed 95% of the rattle I'd been hearing, but I've still got just a tiny b
