Looking to buy 87-89 5 speed conquest tsi for 1500 or less any color and must have air dam.

Forgive my ignorance on this but I never knew there was a difference. Can someone please explain the difference in the calipers? I've seen a lot of calipers for sale that have both terms used and when I get to my brake system I want to make sure I put on the right parts.
