going to test everything before I put back in. Turned car over and gas comes to throttle body when cranking,but when key is in on position there is no power to pump...Relay, fuse or maybe ignition switch broken??Is there a fuse or relay in system that puts power to pump in the on position..or maybe bad ignition switch..

so I got it started after a long time due to installing a new turbo, drove it around for 20 minutes and the rpm's started to drop at idle, then it stalled on me a couple times so the next day I did a tps/isc reset (had to hold it at 1k rpm to keep it from stalling) and with the isc unplugged during one of the steps I was idling perfect then I shut it off and went to start it again and it was hard to start then died right away, I had to hold the gas to start it and it still dies shortly after.
