I just picked up an 86. It's red rust free and needs a few things. Guy said it randomly shut off on him while driving a year ago. He wasn't very car savvy. I'm looking for an 86 knock box, a it with plus this one is massacred. And a newer set of injectors. Feels good to be back.

Anyone know if the back section of the 88-89 can be bolted to the 87 bottom?

twisted main wire that goes to bottom of relay terminal to batt + ... White wire and white w/black stripe wire ...can I solder them to together or do need to crimp back together ??? I see that factory has crimped together ...maybe to much heat for solder??
