Living in Denver, CO my car is subject to stringent emission testing, and I find I have a bad relay or 2. Without these it won't pass, and I can't renew the plates! The one which is bad for sure is the Secondary Air Control Solenoid valve, and the one next to it, the EGR solenoid valve.
