I have a 1988 Mitsubishi Starion Red Roller for sale. I am located in LI, NY. The car was my project car that never got completed. The car has little to no rust on the rails, which is unusual for a North east car. (I also have clean title.) The car would be best for someone who already has one which has alot of rust and wants to prep & paint this one and then swap their parts on to a solid chassis. Or it would also be good for someone who simply loves the body lines and is wants to do a motor swap and build it up from scratch. The interior has been stripped. The engine is gone. I have red 1988 Mitsu starion rolling chassis, no motor or tranni, approx. 110k on body, no frame / body damage. It has no interior, but dash, harnesses & electronics still place, just no seats & interior panels. Chassis is in Excellent condition, little to no RUST. Extremely solid rear quaters (prepped & undercoated them personally) perfect frame rails other than surface rust. Some exterior panels(fenders,hood, bumpers, nose are off car but have 98% of all parts.) This was my project car...but opted to go another route. Really good body for a project car, would be a shame to let this chassis go to scrap metal...hard to find a Northeast quest w/out rust. Recommended for someone who has another car or wants to do a ground up resto. Have clean NYS title. At parents house and they want it OUT! (max 2 weeks.) Looking for $300.00.
