Gonna go pick up a 2000 Expedition tomorrow morning and I can start gathering parts for a restoration. I was just curious about if it was even worth it to put AC back in after yanking it out. If I did, I'd find R12 and do it (illegaly) right. Worth it or no?

After replacing my cracked head with a non-jet valve I haven't been able to make full boost in my 85. It only goes 3/4 of the way up the gauge on the electronic dash so I'd guess its making 4-5 psi (was going all the way up before) and it wont make that until 4500 rpms or so. This is the same even with the wastegate vacuum hose disconnected and capped on the turbo side. The car runs great other than this and timing is set to 10deg BTDC. Ya right so I took off some parts but den ....   like ok I totally put some other parts on ....But then now after later it does not run like good fast like my friends car which is hella fast and totally dope drift style plus mad JDM yo !   so what are the dopest most ill parts to make my ride like hella fresh?
