So I recently picked up a 2nd job at a junkyard as a mechanic fixing stuff they have around the yard. I ran by this 95 BMW 318ti and asked if it had a clear title and the story. Title was clear and the anti theft was preventing the car from starting. So I told him I wanted to work out a deal for it to work it off.
