Double coil ignition systems

You can now upgrade you ignition system by wireing a second stock coil to the primary. First prepare your second coil by pluging hole that the spark plug wire goses into I used some forma gasket to fill the hole and then i put a rubber cap from an old sparke plug wire over top of it. then i got old bracket and mounted the coil. Â Â Secondly,I wired the +side of the coil to the + of the Primary coil and did like wise with negative. This did not burn up my spark plug wires or my ngk ir plugs bec

Ok I'll fold, I've been apposed to positive feedback, but this is one guy who hasn't gotten the credit he deserves, and I'm pretty familiar so I'll share. Stronger 89 rear??

What are all the parts and modifications needed to use the stronger rear in my 87? Also were there different gear ratios over the smaller rears? how about between auto and stick?

Well, got the cam in. The preload was fine on all but one rocker? I'd have to think it is in the lifters. There was like .006 gap on one lifter/rocker, and the rest were loaded about .015-.020". I know, not very much, but anything over .010 is considered enough on most hydraulic lifters. I think ours may be the exception, and they really need a good .020"
There is some lifter tick. Not bad, but some. I am driving it to see if they pump up more? The cam grinder said he can get the same grind w/
