Billet Strut bars

Billet aluminum strut bars are available and can be ordered upon request. These are made from laser cut, tig welded steel brackets. Bars are 6061 billet aluminium.
Performance aspect: Strut bars are a handling upgrade for those who do not know. Our cars are know to have a lot of body roll and flex in the chassis. Strut bars helps to stiffen the chassis during hard cornering or on uneven pavement.

Currently putting back together this puzzle after the owner I bought it from, rebuilt the engine and took basically the whole car apart.
It's been slow, finding and affording parts and the time for all of it, but so far here's a few things I know for a fact I need to replace or put back in

Idle speed/ fuel mixture/ TPS/ISC reset issues ???

I need some help trying to understand what is going on here..
I have this problem with what appears the car not getting enough fuel to idle and the mixture being to lean. I mentioned this in another thread but it was confusing so I will try again here.
When you try to start the car when it is cold... it will start but not idle... I have to keep my foot gently pulsing on the gas to keep it going until its warm. once its warm it hangs out around 1500rpm.
