  1. OK well if you need help hooking up the AEM wideband, that's easy. 12V+ to the power wire, ground the black negative and mount the O2 sensor in the downpipe after the stock one. A little farther down the pipe is better. Tap into 12V+ anywhere in the car that gets 12V with the key set to "ON".
  2. Sucks dude. I worry about that living in a not-so-safe city, I only ship envelope sized things to my house. Everything else, I have shipped to my job for peace of mind.
  3. Never seen a turbo with built in BOV like that, TRICK! Free bump.
  4. If you can contact 101, you may still be able to get the cat-less version...
  5. So motivating. Like they said, there's no drawback.
  6. Cool idea for the door pulls. Digging the no-wing/no skirts look.
  7. ^^^ If that's the case, the MAF-T might not be hooked up correctly and might not be altering the signal from the MAS. An easy test is to idle the car, and lean out the idle knob a couple notches and listen to the motor/watch the tach, the revs should drop. If they do, try it the other direction a couple notches and the idle should climb. If it does, the MAF seems to be working. If nothing happens, something is wrong with it or the hookup. This is the MAF-T settings thread, it may help you get the settings right, or inform your tuning. MAFT SETTINGS THEAD
  8. MAF-T tuning can be tricky, and just because you zero out the MAF settings doesn't mean the car will run the same way it did without the MAF-T. You're obviously running way too rich and fuel is getting past the rings. Before you do anything else, drain the oil and change the filter because the lubricating properties of the oil are compromised once gas gets into it. DON'T RUN IT UNTIL YOU CHANGE IT. I struggled with finding the best A/F balance on boost, my car ran way rich on boost but normal on cruise and through a lot of tuning I found that I had to lean it way down at WOT to keep the AFR's where they need to be. (I am running Bosch injectors though.) With my MAF-T and using a wideband AFR gauge, the car will idle in the 13-14 range, and at cruise it should bounce around but should not ever get richer than 13-12. On boost, the best place to have the AFR's is in the 12's usually. Richer than that and the car's performance will suffer. Also consider that with a car that's dumping fuel like yours, the O2 sensor can be damaged when fuel gets on it. Keep track of what you've done tuning -wise with this chart: MAFT TUNING CHART http://waste-nj.com/d2/maf%20chart_.jpg
  9. Dude I have a graveyard of bike parts lol, I don't even know what I have anymore. Nice rim though I liked the Hazard Lite, kinda the same but the 7KA is lighter.
  10. Baller status right thar. This on a forum full of scavengers without two dimes to rub together!
  11. The thicker one is more waterproof, it pretty much kept the car dry with snow sitting on it. The thinner one lets some moisture through in heavy conditions but it dries very fast and breathes so it doesn't trap the moisture underneath.
  12. On a Conquest even... never seen one that color on a fatty Conquest.
  13. ^^The blue frame is my boy's Eastern Jane, looks like the Reaper with less holes in it. My front rim is a GSPORT Ribcage, the original one before the Rollcage, with a Shadow Rant hub and DT Swiss spokes. The rear gave up the ghost landing sideways off a wallride and I built a Rollcage/Madera cassette one to replace it. I should prolly start a BMX thread and stop thread jacking at this point.
  14. I have a Covercraft one, they have several types/thicknesses but they have the mirror pockets, fitted to the car and has the lock cable grommets on the sides. I got it through Summit racing but it was a drop ship order, it did take 2 months to get it though. (maybe made to order for this car) Was around $150 or so, but it's not the best one they make. I did buy the higher end one for my Vette and it's worth the extra money due to it being more waterproof and thicker, but both covers made it through the winter with no probs. Here's the direct link to the Covercraft fitted cover order page.
  15. Happy Birthday from SQC! (You're now banned for one year.)
  16. Damn! Talk about standing your ground. Sadly in NJ even with your FID and legally owned firearm, it has to be in the "trunk" where it's out of reach and useless. Otherwise, you're getting arrested. If you're stopped and the gun is in the trunk and they learn about it, you're not going anywhere for a few hours. My FID application here took 9 months, when the law is that it be processed in 30 days. You should see the hoops you have to jump through just to get that.
  17. Jinx- Those Mazda TII trannies are wonderful. Built to shift at 8000 RPM too.
  18. Sorry for the OT, but Sweet! I have an 84 Quadangle frame/Landing gear fork I used to ride, they're worth a lot now on eBay. Got a few old framesets on the wall. Keep riding, age doesn't matter. I started back up at 30 (that was a while ago) after a 7 year break and still going, still paying in blood, keeps you young and clears the mind. If you worry about looking creepy, ride at night.
  19. ^^^Yeah, I figure that's why they stuck a log axle in the back of their S14 "track car", I didn't get the logic of that decision but it must be a nod to the muscle car guys.
  20. What are those TC05 turbos from? All US spec models come with TD05 turbos.
  21. You can always buy your Treadstone mani from a vendor on eBay, cutting out that interaction with Treadstone directly. Guess it's to late for that, maybe the order can be cancelled.. Bad customer service SUCKS, but the Treadstone mani is a copy of the Turbonetics one. Exactly the same, just has "Turbonetics" cast into it. Dunno about pricing differences.
  22. Hey Niko, ever consider a free Wordpress or Blogger site? I've used those with a link to a Big Cartel shopping cart page for a few things. It's all free, just a few hours on the front end to get it set up. Stop paying for hosting and just keep your domain name? Just my .02, I'm notoriously bad at maintaining my sites lol.
  23. It's so nice to see the full LS swap kits for the S chassis, that's how to support an old car with the aftermarket. They even did this swap on an episode of Horsepower TV into an S14, but they swapped the rear end for a live axle... UCK. Horsepower TV S14 LS swap
