Wow that looks awesome!!!! Any progress on the ITB setup? BTW you can run the stock ECU if its from the 1g 1UZ as it does not care about shift points...Just a thought to get her going...

i will worry about itb's when i get the drive train in, still need a flywheel, but i want it to be drilled for a supra clutch, most are drilled for Mr2 turbo.

Coming together nicely indeed...Any progress on headers or still getting her seated in the bay still...

tommarow i will start on engine mounts, i want it low and far back, but not far enough to be useless.

still planning on having this in a full body car, Heater A/C Cruise, NO ABS (hate SQ abs).

Will it mess with the shifter position if it too far back?

I +1 to keep a/c, especially of you go to Vegas Nats...Plus I think it would be good for the GT spirit of the starion...

i don't know the position yet, don't really have any info on the 1 other starquest that has done this.

i have a feeling it will be in the same location as stock, i have 4 inches i can go back, 3 i can go

forward.

trying to find out how the Howe Hyd t-out bearing works right now, i'm confused as why there's an inlet and outlet

on the t-out bearing. like the stock is a slave that just goes off pressure, so what does the howe do

here is the unit i have, this EXACT unit i bought from Jsmitty, this is a pic of the first owners setup

and here is a different style, it's a Quarter master. this is on a "V160 SC V8 Getrag 6-Speed Manual conversion" setup

Has to be for a bleed how else would you bleed it when it is inside the bellhousing?

do you think its like a remote bleed?

I can put it ANYWHERE, hmmmmmm <_<

see what bill thinks. unless Brazilboy finds some info on it before i even get a chance. lol

didnt do anything last 2 days, today i measured the total length of the G54b with the trans bolted to it, and the 1Uz with trans bolted.

amazingly teh 1Uz w/trans bolted up is 1" shorter over all. its to cold to go outside.

i smashed my finger pretty bad, so havnt been working on the car, feeling better now though.

still need to make motor mounts and i cant Decide/figure out what to do.

also im thinking about fuel, walbro 255lph i know will work, but should i make the fuel line bigger?

the blue car had 1/2" supply and return, and 2 walbros.

what do you think, im just running the UZZi as a stock setup...for now.( well besides custom manifolds )

if i build the V8 i will just buy another long block, there pretty cheap, might get a 2UZ to build.
