BrazilBoy
Wow that looks awesome!!!! Any progress on the ITB setup? BTW you can run the stock ECU if its from the 1g 1UZ as it does not care about shift points...Just a thought to get her going...

yokomo
Will it mess with the shifter position if it too far back? i don't know the position yet, don't really have any info on the 1 other starquest that has done this.i have a feeling it will be in the same location as stock, i have 4 inches i can go back, 3 i can goforward. trying to find out how the Howe Hyd t-out bearing works right now, i'm confused as why there's an inlet and outleton the t-out bearing. like the stock is a slave that just goes off pressure, so what does the howe do here is the unit i have, this EXACT unit i bought from Jsmitty, this is a pic of the first owners setuphttp://img.photobucket.com/albums/v499/redphoenix/Lexus%20SC400/5spp/IMG_6305.jpg and here is a different style, it's a Quarter master. this is on a "V160 SC V8 Getrag 6-Speed Manual conversion" setuphttp://i422.photobucket.com/albums/pp303/Zculv/UZZTTTHROWOUTQM.jpghttp://i422.photobucket.com/albums/pp303/Zculv/TRANSPARTSUZZTT.jpghttp://i106.photobucket.com/albums/m277/zachrevluc/TTLOCKDUZZ-TT4.jpg is 1 side a bleed vavle on my setup ya think? yokomo
i smashed my finger pretty bad, so havnt been working on the car, feeling better now though.still need to make motor mounts and i cant Decide/figure out what to do. also im thinking about fuel, walbro 255lph i know will work, but should i make the fuel line bigger?the blue car had 1/2" supply and return, and 2 walbros. what do you think, im just running the UZZi as a stock setup...for now.( well besides custom manifolds ) if i build the V8 i will just buy another long block, there pretty cheap, might get a 2UZ to build.
