Hey I would be happy to make you a set of these.

P.M. me if you are interested. I have a jig all made up for them, lead time would be one week. Will come powder-coated black. I can get more pictures, the ones in that GP thread do not show the quality of the weld.

The only ones I know of are the Stedebani mounts.

There were 2 variations - The red and the black.

Red are reportedly to hard at 95 durometer and will vibrate your teeth out.

and the Black one's at 85 durometer.

It's been several years since I've spoken with Steve so the info may be wrong but here's what I have:

Stedebani Enterprise Co, Inc.

1239 Coastal Highway

US Route 98

Panacea, FL 32346

Orders only: 1-877-566-9222

Tech/ business phone: 850-984-3500

I just replaced mine with stock - parts #'s

Right motor mount MB309031

Left motor mount MB309030

Just use a torque strap like the V8 guys do. I've seen people use just a chain but you can get more elaborate/pretty than that if you want. It's just a metal strap that only allows your engine to move as far as you let it.

This ^^

Are you using the upper plates on both sides? If those are there then how are they moving so far as to tear? If that is still happening just modify that plate for a hard stop.

W R O N G to only use this part, they WILL fail

When the motor tries to TILT the plate the mount is bonded to HITS that upper bracket and prevents the bond from being broken. That plate has to be there and how many threw it away, lost it or didn't think it was needed? Does your car have it? If that isn't enough of a lip then weld on more metal but that plate is curved on the end and the mount comes up and bangs in to it if the bond is broken so further limit the movement some how.
