Shelby Posted November 5, 2004 Report Share Posted November 5, 2004 i 'm interst'd in seeing the lifter preload with the longer valves you useing the 1.6 3.0 rollers or what the preload was fine on my 1.5 rollers and schneider cam and the short valves ,the longer 83 valves would have been too long but the rollers made the cam to late,, you got an adj cam gear you'l most likely need it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

YUP, those are the Marnal ones alright! Better get them quick, not sure how much longer marnal is going to be around, I hear the Owner is going thru a divorce, and the wife is going to be running the company. Better get them quick, not sure how much longer marnal is going to be around, I hear the Owner is going thru a divorce, and the wife is going to  be running the company. They have been have very poor fill rates lately! Ya I've ran 2 sets of them. I have IVAN 83 style in now but the later valves ran just fine. No burnt valves, very good shape.
