can we clarify which front bumper W/ air dam is whicH pease? Kinda confusing and dilutes the voting results.

Look at 3, 4, 17 and 26. Some of these are for stock replacements and some aren't. The like ones need to be added together, not seperately voted on, ya see what I mean?

i think they are totally different items and seperate votes are needed.

 

i am sure some members want stock parts(not modified parts) in carbon fiber...just like the front bumper, header panel, headight covers and etc..

 

and some members wants modified parts such as 1 piece front bumper and airdam with large opening for bigger ic and modified front bumper..etc.

if the headlight covers dont come with the header panel then i retract my vote. there is no point having one without the other. if you can make them into a kit, ill buy. not tryin to be an butt jus my point of veiw. it would be like having jelly and no bread, not logical.

i understand your point but i will have the parts in carbon fiber and fiberglass as well.

 

many members have damaged header panels and as far as i know, used header panel from junk yard is the only source.

 

i think it wouldl be nice to supply members with new header panels.

 

i will also keep making carbon fiber/fiberglass body parts so even though( lets assume header panel wins this poll) i get header panels in carbon fiber this time without the headlight covers, it could be headlight covers next part.

Sorry for the interruption guys . . . though how about a 1-piece rear hatch. One all carbon fiber hatch with NO glass and a separate option of replacing the side quarters with a pre-cut CF pieces. This is only as weight reduction option, just like a CF door replacements would be. I know this will create a problem for every day driving since you will not be able to see outside of the vehicle, but as stated before, these pieces would be intended for weekend racers or who ever would like to place their Starquest on a diet.

OK now this is a good idea. This type of cleanly modded bumper, but with the lower piece also molded with it as one piece. CF would be cool, but urethane is also practical, tough, and cheaper.

 

I would thicken up the lower lip so it comes down lower, and out to the sides a little more. That's perfect. Damn, I'd buy that.

 

Airdams are going the way of the dinosaur, they'll be gone probably soon.

FYI This may seem unrelated, but the PS2 game "tokyo extreme racer 3" has a starion in it, and numerous real japan spec body kits. It's been done over there, different styles even.

think you should make the 3rd brake light a optional. early year cars like mine and some states do need them, where as some states make you have them

I suggest you incorporate it. For those of us who need it, well...self explanatory. Who wants to cut into a new CF custom spoiler? Second, for those who don't need a 3rd brake light (isn't it a federal law though?) it isn't very expensive to get one off a junked quest/ebay/etc. Keep the cost low and make 1 mold.

I agree. Make one mold & keep the cost down. You could always make an additional 3rd brake light blank panel for people that think that they don't need the brake light.
