strang3majik
so no reliable engines in the starquests? dman fast, cheap, reliable. You can only pick two. I see you'd rather go the route of cheap and reliable.

Cobalt60
and, to the guy that posted like 20 years ago talking about FWDs....there is nothing wrong with them, besides the fact that they reach a point where there is a such thing as too much power, and, you won't go anywhere sonce traction at that point is a thing of the past. Well, theres also understeer. I dont even like AWD for this reason.
Technology
a factory starquest will understeer. All factory cars are set up to understeer because it's less frightening and more controllable for normal people. I'd like to vote that this thread get deleted. Stifling creativity and stomping out ingenuity is what socialism is all about, and I bet all of the all-Americans on this site hate that idea, so would a moderator please delete this? The understeer in a numbed down RWD car isnt as bad as a FWD car. Personally, I have no problem with Honda motors. And I have no problem if someone wants to put one in a 'Quest. But if someone converted a Quest to FWD Id lose it...

Killtodie
but srsly, someone needs to buy a wrecked s2k and drop in a charged F22C1 in a quest. for s**** and giggles
psu_Crash
The S2k engine may be impressive in an S2K but I think it would be a disappointment in a quest. Remember they are far lighter than we are and don't have the torque of our long stroke 2.6. I have a friend with a built s2k and it's quick and a lot of fun but I still eat him in the short run. Killtodie
dont the turbo/sc s2k's have a bunch of head problems cause of the vtec or something? I would only imagine an issue with the high revving F22 engine at 9krpm. I hear it shard to tune a vtec with a turbo, that's why Honda never made a turbo engine till the RDX came out 2 years ago

strang3majik
If a Honda engine can ever produce more torque then horsepower, then ill see the possibility of a swap. Until then, leave the 600hp and 300tq k20s in thier natural environment. Please. Thank you.
Frenchi934
the k24 is a different animal than the k20. but just given the mathematical formula for horsepower = (rpm x torque)/ 5252....and the fact that honda motors actually rev...it would be extremely difficult to produce more torque than horsepower.... thats right...it takes torque AND revs to create horsepower... if the k24 was as easy to do as the 4g64 swap im working on...i would do it over the 4g64 just because of the nicer head and the all aluminum engine
