importwarrior Posted December 4, 2014 Author Report Share Posted December 4, 2014 Thanks for the information. it is on its way. i currently have a .49, .63 on the way, and a .82 A/R that it will fit.tried the .82 on current turbo, Too much Lag. tried the .48 and it is insta spool.i hope the .63 is better. we will see. jinx Posted December 4, 2014 Report Share Posted December 4, 2014 t3/t4 60-1 with the stage III turbine wheel in a 0.63 a/r housing should be one of the best all around g54 street turbos.I bought one lonnnng ago because of the excellent performance seen on vg30 nissans and 2.3 fords that behave verrrrryyy similar to our 2.6s. Even at low boost it delivers the goods. See what it did for Tainters.... who later went to the 0.82 to "soften" the hard hit in the lower revs. But I'm sure their very unique cam made a tremendous difference tho, so ymmvObviously the tune, cam and exhaust manifold affects spoolup as well Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

starquestJOE Posted December 5, 2014 Report Share Posted December 5, 2014 I rqn one on my red car when I first got it. It was still tbi and the turbo kit tep sold. To this day I think its the best street turbo for the 2.6. You will love the way it comes on and keeps boost.
