chiplee Posted August 12, 2014 Report Share Posted August 12, 2014 After watching the video a few times it appears that the rev heard comes from the car IN FRONT of Tony's car and the swerve was caused by dragging Kevin's body. The 20 year old should have stayed in or at his car. I'm confident that none of us would have seen him walking the dirt, wearing black, at a poorly lit dirt track.It's Kevin Ward's fault that he lost his life, and it's also Kevin Ward's fault that everyone, including Tony Stewart, has to live with this for the rest of their lives. It would be very difficult to prove that he intended to kill the boy, but it considering that everyone else was capable of navigating around the kid, that a professional race car driver probably is competent enough to also avoid running over the kid, but didnt use enough care.
