I made my own with two flanges and a section of sch40 pipe. It worked fine but hood clearance was close on the oil feed. I also added an external wastegate to the spacer. A full on cast piece should work just fine, It also gives you a good area to add an egt probe if you don't already have one.

Ive been using the t3 - t4 godspeed cast adapter for years with no problems. Also have an hx35 on the td05 or dsm to t3 adapter with no issues. Edited by Funky Phil

Its rock solid and adds much needed space between turbo and valve cover IMO.

Either have a wastegate flange welded to exhaust manifold or build a divorced downpipe with the wastegate mounted where the internal gate would flow. That will require you to weld up the turbine housing.

I modified my internal gate to a 32mm flap, 7psi actuator, and divided O2.

If youd have come down past weekend you wouldve seen it! ;)

Phil I would have loved to have been there but we were in the process of rebuilding out 2013 formula sae car for an event this weekend in dallas. I didn't think you could weld to cast iron?

importwarrior I saw those but didnt think they would fit our factory manifold. Is that the right bolt pattern for the stock turbo

Stock 28mm flap vs evo 32mm flap

Big difference, and the existing exit port was in the 24mm area.

It can still be opened up more aswell.

Has anyone run an HX35 on a treadstone manifold? I just got the manifold a few months ago, running a PTE turbo on it. I'd like to get an HX35, but I'm worried about clearance issues.

Thanks for the pics Phil. That is a squeeze, but it's obviously doable. I can see you had to clock the wastegate. Did you run a dump tube or merge it into the downpipe? Is that your car? If so, what made you switch from the treadstone to an adapted stock mani? Edited by Starfyter

If not available with the wastegate flange, you could probably fab one into that adapter's sidewall. My tuner fabbed this up from two flanges:
