The Standard Turbo rebuild kits were $89.00. And neither kit supplies the Heat shield, that is another $14.00. And there is a difference between kits. One is for lg. and sm.16g,18g and 20g turbos. The other kit is for 12a,14b and 17c turbos.I'm not trying to be snide, just trying to provide full information to the members. I used this kit to rebuild my TD05-18G. Very good quality kit and I have had zero problems with the turbo since. I never did purchase a kit since i asked this question last time.http://gpopshop.com/products-page/all-kits/page/3/The turbo started smoking so i pulled it and put on my spare.. will the standard kit do or do i need the complete kit? This was a forced performance conversion turbo. And i am pretty sure it uses the concave compressor wheel, not sure if that makes a difference or not.
