Well I've had Mazarin's 84 Starion (Old Ebay add)for a couple weeks now so.... time to start working on it. The car ran OK as it was but I know I can get so much more out of it.

So here it sits

Thats it for now, the block comes out next for a checking out and BSEK, new rod bearings, and fixing an oil leak. Then it goes back in with an Ajusa HG, 1mm OS valve non jet head, and hopefully a HX35w. Also an 88 trans and one of the Comp clutches kits.

when Eric first listed the flatty on ebay with a buy it now of 2500 I was drooling and showing it to the wife, but since I sold the truck I couldn't find a way to get it home...plus she wasn't too happy with me trying to buy another...apparently "do whatever the ************** you want" doesn't really mean that...I'm glad it found a good home Edited by JAinsworth

The problem is obvious, get that Fram oil filter out of there!

Scott

I've put 100k on my car beating the living snot out of it and have always run a Fram, no problems here. It's got 163k on a stock bottom end, sees 13+ everytime I drive it.

Fram ftw.
