MikeMeyerhoff
I completed one of my career goals today in giving a presentation at my alma mater. It was for a concrete industry conference with about 125 people. I hit my 20 mins exactly and did pretty good. Happy to be done!

Unfortunately mine would have been a bit more juvenile. Concrete has 2 requirements, it needs to be wet and it needs to get hard. And sometimes you have to use a vibrator on it. MikeMeyerhoff
You are right Shelby, we could build some amazing things if we just had unlimited cheap labor The team I'm on is replacing 802 bridges. The oldest one is 97 years old, but most of them are about 60 years old. What it boils down too, is that we can't afford to build things to last even if when we know how. mm
