Yes, put an 83 hood on it, Widebody, with factory wheels and a cool looking exhaust and Its good as sold!

bodies don't have wheels but that brings up a good point. where are we going to get wheels that look right with the body? I'd be all about getting one or two of them but it would be to make a shelf queen that is close to scale, and for that, I'll need accurate wheels.

yes 190mm would be the size.

for wheels you could use the tamiya taisan starcard 2 piece mesh wheels which look a lot like the enkei or SSR factory japanese option wheels, or the 2 piece tamiya nismo LM GT wheels as in this pic which are a 5 spoke with a chrome outer:

these wheels are easy to find on ebay, not sure if they still sell em ex factory or not though...

I don't even have a car but I would buy at least 1 if not 2. I do like the 83 hood idea then it will match mine. Then I will have a reason to buy a car. Do we have a forum for addicted buyers yet? I need to visit it. Its no wonder I am always broken I buy everything I see. Whats a guy to do, its all such cool stuff! LOL :confused0024: Edited by Quest4life

have a look at the forum i linked to in my first post here, the guy's username is illacrew, he's in denver, colorado. any denver based starquester's want to contact him? he was keen to take a look at one in real life.

probably just have the stock hood, as thats how the 3DCAD file i gave him was...

i can modify the cad file if you need but I didnt draw the original file and i dont have an 83 hood,

do they make these shells without the rear view mirrors? i cant imagine how they would pull the shell off the mold any other way.
