Well, you thought something was happening before, but there are tuning solutions.  You can put a row of higher timing to the left of your normal idle area, when the rpm drops as the compressor kicks in it increases the base timing and rpm's pick up again, you'll have to experiment to see what works best.  Maybe even a better solution is just below AC idle up, idle advance, you can program additional idle advance based on a few different variables.

So it was never hooked up, I don't do that as a matter of course for my systems.  If you need to make it work you'll have to tie in somehow to the factory system for a signal.

What signal do you have coming from the AC to the MS to tell it the AC compressor is running?

Pretty much what you would expect, the smaller turbine pushes the torque peak down about 1000 rpm and the HP peak 1100 rpm and both are lower.  What its not showing you is TIP (turbine inlet pressure) is now much higher, that's pressure between the exhaust valve and the turbine, more pressure is more heat, more heat equals higher probability of detonation.  Keep the octane up.
