Hey,
This is my first post but have been using the fourms for awhile to help with problems. But anyways, I'm trying to figure out why my isc only moves when the car cranks over. In the on position, it sits at .04 volts which indicates a problem. Out of options, I probed the harness connector with the ecu unplugged, and it appears that isc plunger ground is grounding to the mps signal wire. I looked at the electrical diagram and noticed those two wires go to the ecu without intersecting. Is the isc signal wire supposed to ground when the throttle closes?
