Going to run an aftermarket Fuel pressure regulator on my engine build. Theres a nice spot for the regulator next to the intake manifold near to the fuel rail..   Would mounting it on the engine be bad for the regulator... Such as engine vibration, heat ...etc..

For my DD Saturn Ion but replies would fit SQ too. Stockers are cheap but keep crapping out.   Under $150, there are still many but more danger of crap.    

I have a brand new engine from a non intercooled starion or conquest and I have no idea how to value it but don't really need it. Any advise on where to begin in placing a value on it? It is complete brand new turbo and all accessories.
