purchased yet another starion 88 palermo gray auto tranny with 78k on the clock. i am having voltage spikes while i am driving the car. lights get super bright and gauge needle goes past the 16 volt mark ,then about a minute later drops back to normal. any help and idea are greatly appreciated as i am not a good trouble shooter when it comes to electrical components. thanx
