It seems like my tranny isn't going into o.d. As long as I am cruising until I let off throttle. What rpm should the engine be turning at 80 mph? Mine is at 4000 which seems high to me. Act like it is still in 3rd but can see a small change when I turn od off on shifter.

My car currently does not pump fuel up to the top hat. I have tried the test port, and the fuel pump turns on with the test port when the key is in the on position only. I also tried putting the fuel feed line that goes to the top hat in a bucket, but I have not got any fuel. The only modifications are: walbro 255 fuel pump, AEM FPR, and steel braided fuel feed lines. Is there anyone here that lives in the upstate of South Carolina that would be willing to look at my car that i just purchased. It's a 89, and some mods have been done. I'm not a great mechanic.
